Asher Shahzad, M.B.A, LLQP, RIBO, CRM™

Asher has built a very successful career in the insurance industry with this belief. “the great managers are leaders, not custodians. In agency building, there can be only three priorities Recruiting and Production, compliance and everything else” Asher lived all over the province, spanning from Windsor to Ottawa. He has earned his major in Risk Managment in 2015 from the University of Toronto, and quickly pivoted his specialty as a risk consultant to the financial services industry. Asher acquired his Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and RIBO, and also working towards his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation. With early success in the financial service industry, Asher quickly was thrust into management roles, specializing in team building through creating great work culture, and in digital marketing strategies. These skills were utilized in the creation of UcH Financial Group, where the goal is geared towards an omnichannel advice platform that offers a wide range of financial products, all available digitally.
